Many of our Forestry Industry units have collective agreements that expire on June 15th, 2019.  AS per Section 46, Subsection (1) of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. the following sites have been given notice to commence bargaining.

• Interfor Acorn Division
• Interfor Hammond Cedar Division
• CIPA Lumber
• Flavelle Sawmill
• Leslie Forest Products
• Pacific Custom Log Sort

Notices will also go out shortly to Haida Forest Products, Stella Jones and Kanaka Creek Poles.  The 2 Interfor units have a bargaining committee in place with draft resolutions for bargaining to be ratified by a general "Wage and Contract Session" on April 15 at the Union hall,  where all members of the Interfor units can have input into the bargaining demands.  Other units are still electing their bargaining committee members and drafting proposals.
